There is a wide range of benefits included in the scheme. If you’re claiming any of the below, we can support you with your eco4 scheme application.
In order to qualify for funding, your property must have an EPC rating of D, E, F or G.
If you don’t know your buildings current EPC rating, you should be able to find out using the governments register (https://www.gov.uk/find-energy-certificate). If you’re unable to locate your EPC for any reason, please contact one of our team who will be happy to assist you.
If your property has an EPC rating of A, B or C, you will not qualify for the funding. That’s because it is deemed to already be sufficiently insulated. We can still help with unfunded boiler replacement work though. If you’d like to enquire about this, please use our contact form below.
What is the ECO4 scheme?
ECO4 is the latest and final instalment of the UK government's response to the Energy Company Obligation consultation, which aims to deliver £4 billion worth of savings to low-income households across the country. The savings will be delivered through grants that can be spent on improving energy efficiency and upgrading heating systems. The scheme is due to run until March 2026.
How can I get ECO funding energy grants?
You can get access to the ECO funding grants for various reasons, the main ones being if you’re claiming benefits and live in a property deemed to be underperforming in terms of energy efficiency. If you don’t live in a property with a low EPC rating and are not claiming benefits, there are still ways you may qualify for ECO4 eligibility, please contact us for more information on that.
